Janet Rodia is the Chief Operating Officer of Sanare. She has always been drawn to helping others and believes that the path to fulfillment lies in serving with compassion, understanding, and encouragement.

Janet began her journey studying psychology before pursuing a career in occupational therapy, where she discovered her passion for purpose-driven work. Occupational therapy focuses on helping individuals engage in meaningful activity, often adapting tasks to overcome illness or injury. Through this process, people build confidence, independence, and self-worth, allowing them to thrive on their own terms.
