Motherhood takes a village. You've got yours right here.
Nutrition for Moms: An 8-Week Group with Sanare Integrative Nutrition
Getting your baby's needs met means getting your needs met. Learn how to nourish your body postpartum so you can show up as your best self, both for you and your newborn.
A healthy baby starts with a healthy you.
Adequate sleep. A meal. Time to tend to your own needs.
These may be some of the things you're in search of most in the days, weeks, and months following bringing your baby home.
As you get into the swing of figuring out your new routine with your newborn, it can be hard to remember to even drink water during the day—building a nutritious meal plan to aid in your body's healing isn't even on the map for you.
Yet without these essentail pieces, you can't be there for your baby the way you want to, mentally, physically or emotionally.
This group is your guide for navigating all things postpartum, amongst a group of moms who can relate to what you're experiencing. Led by integratitive registered dietician, Ally Cantando, get ready to be seen and supported during this 8-week group.
