She has worked with children, adolescents, couples, families, and groups in a variety of mental health settings.

Lori will be running a trauma-specific IOP program that will incorporate evidence-based techniques from her trainings in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and CBT. Lori is also a certified Yoga teacher and utilizes mindfulness practices, movement, breathing exercises and visualization to cultivate self-compassion and to promote the ability to be present moment to moment with acceptance and non-judgment. Her intention is to facilitate increased resiliency, flexibility and well being in daily life.
