Group therapy can help patients identify the expression of shame within their lives. If done well, group can detoxify shame. I believe in the installation of hope, being genuine, compassionate and authentic with my clients which in turn builds a strong foundation for a therapeutic relationship. It is instrumental to start one's journey in an environment where individuals feel safe and nurtured, free of judgment."
