Kimberly believes that, "Group therapy represents a safe container for change, it creates a safe place for relational awareness, and provides an opportunity to care and to be cared for by other people without shame. Group therapy can help patients identify the expression of shame within their lives. If done well, group can detoxify shame. I believe in the installation of hope, being genuine, compassionate and authentic with my clients which in turn builds a strong foundation for a therapeutic relationship. It is instrumental to start one's journey in an environment where individuals feel safe and nurtured, free of judgment."
