Jessica Lego, MS

Jessica is a master’s level clinician at Sanare Today. She graduated with her graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University in 2021. Before that, Jessica graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Chester University. During her time at West Chester University, Jessica was a research assistant and helped to publish research in the field of health psychology. As a counselor, Jessica has worked with individuals of all ages with a variety of diagnoses in an intensive outpatient program and outpatient settings. Jessica currently leads the child/tween IOP in King of Prussia, and also works with clients individually in the outpatient program.

Jessica enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She works with people struggling with a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, family and peer issues, and more. Jessica utilizes a strength-based therapeutic approach, as she believes each person has their own strengths that contribute to their progress in working towards their goals. She also incorporates aspects of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness into therapy.

In her free time, you can find Jessica spending time with her loved ones, traveling, hiking, and going to the beach!
